ESET can't activate with account home.eset.com

Dear ESET technical support,

I have issues with Eset Internet Security can't activate it, I checked the internet connection, and other computers on the same network can act as normal, I also fixed it with remove from safe mode and reinstalling it again but it is not the best way.

How can I fix it?

It appears the Error cone: ECP.4125

Please carry on as follows:

  1. Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support
  2. Try to activate the product
  3. Stop logging
  4. Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.

It appears that you were locked out after trying out various passwords and logins for the EH account. Before activating with an EH account, try to log in to https://home.eset.com to make sure that you use a valid login or reset the password if you don't remember it. Alternatively activate the product with a license key.

By the way, the EIS license that is used by the product is registered to kdXXXXXXs@gmail.com (PLID 3A8-JDB-X4B) while an EIS license registered to your forum email address kXXXXXXXXXX9@gmail.com is different (PLID 3A5-9T5-PW8). How come?

gmail kdXXXXXXs@gmail.com it's EH acount that has the issue, email address kXXXXXXXXXX9@gmail.com it's my forum so different but I has the EH account also and we verifyed the password with login on https://home.eset.com/ 

So what is root cause of the issue?

Did you try to activate ESET using your license key? The problem was that you have entered incorrect ESET HOME email address or password several times until you locked out. Your IP address has been unblocked in the mean time so activation using a correct ESET HOME email address and password should work now too.
