ESET STOPS UPDATE OF REALPLAYER APP

Eset will not allow my RealPlayer app update.  I instruct it to IGNORE, but it will not obey.

Please elaborate more on this and provide a screenshot for clarification as well since it's not clear what you meant.

Does the issue persist even if you uninstall ESET and install it from scratch using default settings?
