Eset Installer not working

When using the cloud portal I create a new installer but when I try to download the installer, on any browser it doesnt work.

eg. secure connection failed

Does the error occur in different browsers too? Even if you clear cache and cookies?

Hi Marcos, yes, in chrome I get the error - This site cant be creached.

In Edge - hhh.. cant reach this page

Does temporarily disabling protocol filtering in ESET on the machine where you're downloading the installer make a difference?

I am running it from a machine with no eset installed, testing to see if there are any differences.
