How to create notify (by mail) for "network event blocked"

Hi all,

i'd like to receive a notify by mail when this event occurs in the LAN.
I've tried, but i don't find the source for the event (maybe IDS).

Eset endpoint security - End point version 10.0.2045.0 (W10 64bit)
