Your ESET INSPECT Cloud instance is unavailable

Recommended Posts

Good morning,

we have a client, in the ESET Protect Cloud, which we have equipped with Inspect.

Our problem, every time we want to open ESET INSPECT Cloud, we get the following error message:

Your ESET INSPECT Cloud instance is unavailable

At the same time, our client reports:

Can't connect to ESET Inspect

Yesterday evening, the product was released in our MSP area.
Has our distributor forgotten something, or is this a technical error?

Strange that we could not find such instance. Please drop me a private message with your EBA email address and the license public ID in the form of XXX-XXX-XXX.

You have probably installed ESET Inspect connector on clients, however, ESET Inspect Cloud was not activated in the MSP portal:

Once activated, it should appear under "ESET PROTECT Cloud":

The engineers have been working on a fix, expected time to resolution is about 1-2 hours. There's a problem creating the database for some reason.

Good morning,
It is the next day and my Inspect Cloud is still not working.
Can I expect that today accordingly access will work?
