Malte 0
Good morning, we have a client, in the ESET Protect Cloud, which we have equipped with Inspect. Our problem, every time we want to open ESET INSPECT Cloud, we get the following error message: Quote Your ESET INSPECT Cloud instance is unavailable At the same time, our client reports: Quote Can't connect to ESET Inspect Yesterday evening, the product was released in our MSP area. Has our distributor forgotten something, or is this a technical error?

Administrators Marcos 4,704 Posted May 26 Administrators Share Posted May 26 You have probably installed ESET Inspect connector on clients, however, ESET Inspect Cloud was not activated in the MSP portal: Once activated, it should appear under "ESET PROTECT Cloud":

Administrators Marcos 4,704 Posted May 26 Administrators Share Posted May 26 The engineers have been working on a fix, expected time to resolution is about 1-2 hours. There's a problem creating the database for some reason.
