"Computer scan" page reports multiple "scan completed", with zero items scanned, all requiring individual clicks on "OK" to clear

As per the title: whenever I open the ESET Cyber Security "Computer scan" page, I see multiple (5-10x) completed scans.  All of which I need to individually dismiss with clicks on "OK".

Do you mean that you have no on-demand scans scheduled, did not run any on-demand scan and yet there are completed scans in the Computer scan pane?
