Upgrading ESET license to include ESET PROTECT cloud console

As an organisation we have currently five active licenses. Logging into eba.eset.com, on the Dashboard it says about ESET PROTECT Cloud “no eligible license”. Under “Licenses”, all five licenses are of the product “ESET PROTECT Essential On-Prem”, which apparently does not include ESET PROTECT Cloud.

Therefore, we are planning to upgrade to "ESET PROTECT Entry", that includes the ESET PROTECT Cloud console.

In order, to administer all five licenses from the console, we have been informed, that it is enough to upgrade just one of the licenses, we don't need to upgrade all five of them.

Is that true? Can anybody confirm that?

I believe that is correct. I did the same thing and upgraded from onsite to Entry. We have one license number and just have to adjust the quantity up or down as needed.
