Georgios Katsillis 1
As an organisation we have currently five active licenses. Logging into eba.eset.com, on the Dashboard it says about ESET PROTECT Cloud “no eligible license”. Under “Licenses”, all five licenses are of the product “ESET PROTECT Essential On-Prem”, which apparently does not include ESET PROTECT Cloud. Therefore, we are planning to upgrade to "ESET PROTECT Entry", that includes the ESET PROTECT Cloud console. In order, to administer all five licenses from the console, we have been informed, that it is enough to upgrade just one of the licenses, we don't need to upgrade all five of them. Is that true? Can anybody confirm that?
Solution LesRMed 23 Posted May 19, 2023 Solution Share Posted May 19, 2023 I believe that is correct. I did the same thing and upgraded from onsite to Entry. We have one license number and just have to adjust the quantity up or down as needed.
Georgios Katsillis 1
Thanks for your answer. I would feel more comfortable if someone with more than one license number could also confirm this.
