winstonsmith84 2 Posted May 17, 2023 Share Posted May 17, 2023 A couple of days ago we began getting alerts on all the PCs at one physical location saying Undocumented serious error (210a) I know you will want me to grab log files for this but I can't. The machines with this issue allow me to turn on advanced logging and then try to get an update while the logging is on but I can't get the log files afterwards. When I run log collector I get an error message that says ESET SysInspector executable signature verification failed. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Please carry on as follows: Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support Run update and reproduce the issue Turn off logging Collect fresh logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.
