Eset failing to update on all PCs at one location

A couple of days ago we began getting alerts on all the PCs at one physical location saying Undocumented serious error (210a)

I know you will want me to grab log files for this but I can't. The machines with this issue allow me to turn on advanced logging and then try to get an update while the logging is on but I can't get the log files afterwards. When I run log collector I get an error message that says ESET SysInspector executable signature verification failed.

ESET Log Collector should generate an archive with at least the operational log collector_log.txt inside even in the event of an error during log collection. Please supply the generated archive.

Advanced logs are missing.

Please carry on as follows:

  1. Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support
  2. Run update and reproduce the issue
  3. Turn off logging
  4. Collect fresh logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.
