License renewed - locked out of password manager

Hi,

 

i have renewed my license for ESET Smart Security (the old license expired today on 15.05.2023).

 

Now i'm locked out of my password manager...

 

Whats that about?

biggest problem is i cant login to password manager.... so frustrating..

 

keeps telling me my license has expired... but was renewed already in april..

I'd recommend raising a support ticket. I can access https://home.eset.com and open the Password manager through it without issues. You have an ESET Smart Security Premium license valid until 05/15/2024.

Update:

 

i was contacted via email this morning by ESET SI - and issue seems to be resolved (fingers crossed).
