Internal error:0x1004000d (EES for Mac)

Hi,

I am getting error message while activating ESET Endpoint Security for Mac. 

Internal error:0x1004000d 

I've tried :

uninstall and reinstall product

and

rm -Rf ~/.esets
rm -Rf "/Library/Application Support/ESET"

without success

 

Please provide any suggestion.
