Shell 0 Posted May 10 Share Posted May 10 Having come across this a few times I think it would be great if client's home ESET products could be managed by ESET Protect. Occassionaly there are VIP's within a company that require support for their home ESET products. I suppose you can ask they change to using the business product but that would require a different plan and the hassle of changing their product if they agree to change. It would be great if ESET provided support via the ESET Protect Cloud product to add VIP users' workstations for remote management who have the likes of ESET Internet Security/ESET Cyber Security. Might that be in the works for ESET? From my use of the system it doesn't currently seem to be available as an option.
