Web Control blocking whitelisted URL display videos

Hi All,

 

I have an issue that I whitelisted the linkedIN URL but the website is not displayed properly as usual. I have set up a blacklisted by category, how can I know which category is blocking the website?

Is access to accounts.google.com (Online Information Management) , static.licdn.com (Content Server ) and linkedin.com (Professional Networking) allowed? What Web Control rules do you have in place?

thank you for the prompt reply with your solution, followed your setting to allow it in the web control and tested it works! What I did is block all categories and only whitelisted URLs that users can access.
