Discrepancy between ESET PROTECT console and ESET Business Account license info

we have purchased ESET Protect Advanced On Prem license for X entities. I logged in to ESET PROTECT On Prem console and my ESET Business Account at the same time and I don't know why is difference between license usage information from these two sources. Can you help me? 

I made a test - I deactivated one device and on EBA the number of activated devices has decreased but on my On Prem console not.

It might be connected with the recent EPNS issues. If the discrepancy doesn't automatically disappear in 1-2 days, please raise a support ticket.
