upgrade from 9.1.2051.0 to 10.0.2045.0 = restart

Hello,

after upgrading from 9.1.2051.0 to 10.0.2045.0 via silent installation, an immediate reboot occurs even though it is forbidden. I use this command line

msiexec /qn /i "C:\Windows\Temp\TEMP_-_ESET---eea_nt64.msi" ADDLOCAL=ALL PRODUCT_LANG=1033 PRODUCT_LANG_CODE=en-us REBOOT_WHEN_NEEDED=0

edit: 9.1.2063.0 -> 10.0.2045.0

I was unable to reproduce it. After installing v10 over v9, I got a prompt window asking for a restart, however, the machine was not restarted automatically.

I tried it 3 times, 
uninstall Eset
restart
install 9.1.2063.0
restart
install 10.0.2045.0 - via the above command

always restarted without question or warning

Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2 EN

Unfortunately I wasn't able to reproduce the issue. Please raise a support ticket for further investigation.
