Former ESET Employees marty_c 30 Posted November 12, 2014 Former ESET Employees Share Posted November 12, 2014 Hi bossxxl, To resolve this issue: Remove previously installed antivirus software. Remove previous installations of ESET. Attempt the installation again.

SweX 870
I have done this but it didn't pass the setup drivers Did you do both step 1 and 2 ? Hmm it usually fixes problems like this very well. I also posted step 2 in your other thread: https://forum.eset.com/topic/3615-i-have-problem-in-eset-i-cant-setupor-remove/?p=21033
bossxxl 0
I setup it in safe mod?
SweX 870
No, there is nothing to set up. Yes you run the ESET Uninstaller in safe mode. If you use Win XP or Win Vista go here: hxxp://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN2289&actp=search&viewlocale=en_US&searchid=1415856811414#win_vist_un If you use Win 7 or Win 8 go here: hxxp://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN2289&actp=search&viewlocale=en_US&searchid=1415856811414#Win_7 Follow the instructions. And like I said you can run the Uninstaller several times until it no longer finds anything. Edited November 13, 2014 by SweX
