Under Real Time file System Protection. Show runtime packers be enabled and Advanced heuristics/ DNA Signatures be enabled?  Here is a screen shot of what mine looks like now

Plus another question under Malware scans should log all objects be enabled?

Enabling that setting might have unnecessary adverse effect on performance. PE files are scanned using advanced heuristics on create, modify and execute events, they don't need to be scanned deeply on access as well.

So just leave those two settings the way they are in real time protection?

Unless you know what you doing, best to keep Eset settings at default values including ThreatSense settings.

You can try enabling the setting but remember to disable it in case you start to experience performance issues.
