mlb 0 Posted April 21, 2023 Posted April 21, 2023 (edited) Dear Eset, The sender IP XXX of a customer reports as being listed on ESET cloud blacklist 1 and 2. MXtoolbox does not flag the ip as blacklisted. Could you look into this? Is it possible to remove them from the cloud blacklists? Edited April 21, 2023 by Marcos Snipped: IP address removed
Administrators Marcos 5,469 Posted April 21, 2023 Administrators Posted April 21, 2023 The IP address is not currently blacklisted. If an email is incorrectly evaluated as spam by ESET Antispam, please send a test email according to the instructions at https://www.mail-tester.com/ and provide a link to the score page.
