IP address customer listed as blacklisted (cloud blacklist 1 and 2)

Dear Eset,

 

The sender IP XXX of a customer reports as being listed on ESET cloud blacklist 1 and 2. MXtoolbox does not flag the ip as blacklisted. Could you look into this? Is it possible to remove them from the cloud blacklists?

That is strange, i attached the screenshot of the latest event, could it be removed automaticly that quickly?

There's yesterday's date in the screenshot. The IP address was on the blacklist yesterday but it has already been removed.
