Clients not registered on the computers list

Hello,

 

I have managed to successfully configure the server, mirror link, packages etc. I have also pushed installation to two clients. All seems to be working fine on the client's side, including update from the mirror server, but for some reason 'clients' tab is not updating itself. Any idea what could be the reason for this?

How did you configure reporting to ERA Server on the clients' side?

OK, it was down to the configuration. I had to change the IP address of the server, where the ESET Server is installed, but forgot to reflect the change in the client's configuration.
