Is there an expiry date on the activation code for the boxed version?

I bought ESET Internet Security from a Chinese distributor and I was given a box and activation code.Is there a limited validity on the activation code for this box?

It depends on when the distributor generated the code on the box and if they renew its validity after expiration. I'd recommend to activate the product as soon as possible and not to wait with activation for years when the code may be already expired.
