DRB 0
We have just setup ESET Protect for a small 20 user office along with several Windows servers. Looks like a pretty complete product. On the ESET Protect Server Console/Dashboard, is there a way to disable the Alert against a number of server for having the ESET Firewall. We prefer to control these with Windows Firewall at this stage. If anyone have any suggestions it would be appreciated.

DRB 0
Hi Marcos, Applied that custom policy you suggested however all computers on the Dashboard/Console still show the Alert for Firewall disabled. Seems that policy does not reflect the change application status within the Console. Any other ideas? Administrators Marcos 5,234 Posted April 17, 2023 Administrators Share Posted April 17, 2023 This particular status appears when you install ESET Endpoint Security when connected via RDP to the machine. Are you positive that: 1, you are not connected via RDP 2, you have applied a policy that disables the firewall?
DRB 0
Hi Marocs, Working now, has only initially unchecked Show to that Firewall disabled policy, and now have always unchecked Send. Still getting my head around ESET console and its nuances. Thank you for your help. Regards, Edited April 19, 2023 by DRB
