Unable to send password recovery

i'm unable to change my password through  https://identity.eset.com/forgotten-password/eba.
It says "Application error Something went wrong, please try again later or contact support. ID: 61099615-cc20-4394-b3e0-de29a42d9ad1"

I've tried logging in on multiple PCs and networks.

Could you please look into this?
