minfrin 0
After a routine installation of a smartcard on a brand new Windows 11 machine, we ended up being asked "select a smart card device" over and over in an infinite loop. This happened until we switched the "secure browser" functionality off in the ESET settings. Obviously we'd like ESET to work, but people have work to do. What do we have to do to make smartcards work with ESET? I was unable to raise a tech support ticket, as the underlying email bounces (correctly) as the SPF is rejected. Administrators Marcos 4,704 Posted April 11 Administrators Share Posted April 11 Does the issue occur with Device Control integration disabled? To raise a support ticket, open https://go.eset.com/contact-support/ and go through the wizard until you reach a support form.
