Chrome Extensions

I have used Chrome for years.  I just saw an item called Apps 3.3 in my Chrome Extensions.  I cannot turn it off and I cannot delete it.  Therefore, I am of the opinion that it is a virus. 

Also, Chrome has a notification that  says "Your browser is managed by your organization".  That is not the case.   I am the sole user of the computer.

I ran ESET on my computer, but ESET said everything was fine.  

What can I do to get rid of this Extension?
