Firewall problem with ESET

Hello, 

it seems i cant activate firewall in ESET manager. I bought pro version, but the button shines RED color and writes in my language something like:

 

"Ints not possible to activate your firewall, you should restart your PC " - but after restart nothing change.

When asking for help with troubleshooting an issue, please sign up first. Then re-post in the appropriate product forum and provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector.

Collect the logs as follows:

  1. Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support
  2. Reboot the machine
  3. After the error has occurred, stop logging
  4. Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and provide the generated archive.
