I bought pro version, but the button shines RED color and writes in my language something like: "Ints not possible to activate your firewall, you should restart your PC " - but after restart nothing change. Then re-post in the appropriate product forum and provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector. Collect the logs as follows: Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support Reboot the machine After the error has occurred, stop logging Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and provide the generated archive.
