Hello! In my account there is a totally unknown email that I don't put it. What happens?

Where did you purchase your license? Was it sold by an authorized ESET partner?

You have 3AW-3WT-U4X added in your ESET HOME account but this one was sold by ESET Canada and is registered to completely different email address.
