Michael Lynn 0 Posted March 29, 2023 Posted March 29, 2023 Hey folks, My security team determined that my ESET Protect server had a vulnerability that should be addressed ASAP. The best fix would be to upgrade Open SSH from the bundled 7.4 to something newer. Open SSH 7.9 might even do the trick. Some of the newer versions want the RHEL appliance instead of CentOS but as we know that is what we get with the ESET OVA. Anyhow without dragging this out to much. Have any of you had much luck with this? Does ESET have any plan to change the linux distro on the OVA? Thanks
