So is it support QTS OS? I believe so not , but you can make it a bit different Connect the drive to some endpoint and you can force the endpoint to scan there , I think that works . but very slow.

So is it support QTS OS? ESET does not offer protection for Linux for home users. Only an business (Endpoint) license cover ESET Endpoint Antivirus for Linux.
