ESMC Failed to download installer: Selected package is not in repository.

ESMC - Appliance 7.2.2236.0

I am a managed service provider...

When trying to download the installer for a new client with ESET Endpoint Security 10.0.2045 or update an old installer package I receive this error.

Failed to download installer: Selected package is not in repository.

In checking the Status Overview I can see that the Repository and update server is connected.  I have tested the download found on other topics and all checks out.  I've updated the host computer, rebooted the host and vm.  I am stuck. Please help.

Please start off by upgrading ESMC to the latest version of ESET PROTECT v10.0.14. According to https://support-eol.eset.com/en/policy_business/product_tables.html, limited support for ESMC 7.2 ended in Dec 2022.
