2FA ESET Secure Authentication (error)

Hello

I am enrolling some users and it shows me this error:

When I try to push the ESET application (Send application) on smartphone:
FAILED: Unable to send provisioning SMS. Please try again later or contact ESET support.

Could someone help me to solve it please? 😬

Hi @Jim Arias,

I would recommend contacting the local support so the issue can be investigated.

From what I can see in our logs is that one provisioning has failed, however, the rest you have done have gone through.
