RDW 0
I have a user that regularly has email bodies deleted when opened in Outlook. When user receives an email and checks on Outlook on the web, the email body is there. As soon as they open the email in Outlook, the body of the message disappears. This seems to be randomly happening on emails with HTML linked graphics or text like Docusign emails or from email Invitations. This does not happen on all email, just on some. There doesn't seem to be any logic behind why some are or are not disappearing. Based on other accounts on these forums, it seems I need to disable the ESET Plugin for Outlook. Is there a solution to this other than disabling it? It seems counter to the purpose of having it. And why does this seem to be only happening for one user? Any help is greatly appreciated.
