Hazel 0
Hi, Our company's website (www.astrogate.com) is blacklisted by ESET, but we have checked our SSL and OCSP, it seems there's no issue with our certificate. https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=Astrogate.com One of our distributors in Netherlands had this issue while browsing our website, which made them unable to reach important product and sales information from our website. This is causing inconvenience for our business. Please remove our website from your blacklist.
Administrators Solution Marcos 5,288 Posted March 13, 2023 Administrators Solution Share Posted March 13, 2023 Since I could not reproduce the detection, most likely a leaf or intermediate cert. was locally revoked. Please open a support ticket for investigation, we'll need to get a list of installed CA certs from the machine.
Hazel 0
Hi Marcos, Thanks for your reply, could you share the link where I can open a support ticket? I didn't find the entrance, that was the reason why I shared the issue on forum.
