Website Blacklist removal request

Go to solution Solved by Marcos,

Hi,

Our company's website (www.astrogate.com) is blacklisted by ESET, but we have checked our SSL and OCSP, it seems there's no issue with our certificate. https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=Astrogate.com

One of our distributors in Netherlands had this issue while browsing our website, which made them unable to reach important product and sales information from our website. This is causing inconvenience for our business. Please remove our website from your blacklist.

Since I could not reproduce the detection, most likely a leaf or intermediate cert. was locally revoked. Please open a support ticket for investigation, we'll need to get a list of installed CA certs from the machine.

Hi Marcos,

Thanks for your reply, could you share the link where I can open a support ticket? I didn't find the entrance, that was the reason why I shared the issue on forum.

You can open a wizard via the product's gui: Help and support -> Technical support.
