cannot remove Win32/Sprotector.D

Hi,

 

I'm using Smart Security.

I've messages shown my computer is infected with Win32/Sprotector.D

Every time, I use the delete button, but no effect, the trojan is still there. I can't get rid of it.

 

Can you help me? I tried combofix but...

My cousin has the exact same virus on his computer and ESET can't remove it either. I don't have access to his PC right now but does anyone know anything? I also tried combofix and it didn't work on that PC either.

I think I'm ok.

I've disabled and deleted windows recovery points.

Scan with eset

scan with combofix

and to be sure scan with spybot

 

I've no more alert...
