error The referenced license is not accessible

Hello,
 

we have a  ESET PROTECT Entry On-Prem licence for ESET Endpoint Security + ESET Server Security. A problem is that i can't install install eset product automaticaly from managment server  or I cant activate installed product. On server manager it shows an error "The referenced license is not accessible".  Any ideas where to look for a problem?

Do you see the license selected when creating an installer in EBA? (https://eba.eset.com)

Yes, i can see the license. A problem is only with windows servers. If it is a computer with windows - no problem
