Is automatic sample submission needed for LiveGuard to function?

As the title says. Do i need Automatic sample submission for LiveGuard to work?

These are my settings. LiveGuard is on but automatic sample submission is disabled.

I was questioning this because LiveGuard uploads a sample to the cloud in order to sandbox it, but i can still enable it with all sample submission disabled.

Detected samples are submitted to ESET LiveGrid, not to the ESET LiveGuard sandbox. Disabling the ESET LiveGrid Feedback system disables also ESET LiveGuard.

So with the settings i have in the above screenshot LiveGuard will still work fine?

I'd enable submission for executables and scripts at least, othewise LiveGuard won't be able to submit and analyze files in the cloud sandbox.
