Block outgoing .tmp at windows\temp

Hello, 

i have several times seen outgoing  .tmp files from windows/temp (under training mode) by installing / deinstalling NordVPN. Thats probaply tracking stuff and i want to block it. Does ESET offer to block specific folders or file types for outgoing connections ? Can you please add such a feature... It's a big need to block Temp folder or .tmp files...  best regards
