Web and email protection non-functional

Hi,

I am using Eset Cyber Security Pro on Ventura.

I get a message that web and email protection are non-functional. I tried reinstalling eset, and also restarting my Mac Book. It says system extension was not configured because of an error. I have product version 6.11.404.0.

Please advise.

Please try uninstalling ECSP v6 and installing ECS 7 and see if if helps.
