Windows server activation

Hello 
I have two servers which I cant activate . Installed product is eset agent management . All installations are made as on other servers .A problem is that I cant activate ESET. Where to look for a problem? How to troubleshoot why?

Did you send a software activation task to endpoints?

yes I did it, but it doesnt help. So I want to troubleshoot this problem and to see why I cant to activate this server

What error do you get when you attempt to activate it manually via Help and support -> Change license?

Please carry on as follows:

1. Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support
2. Try to activate the product
3. Stop logging
4. Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.
