pier 0 Posted February 24 Share Posted February 24 eset protect cloud i have yet agent on my client, i see connection is on between eset protect cloud and client, from Eset protect cloud I try to send installer, but always crashes with this message: Impossibile sincronizzare archivio pacchetto. Administrators Marcos 4,919 Posted February 24 Administrators Share Posted February 24 If you have already installed Endpoint by downloading the installer from ESET website but there's a problem with updating modules, please carry on as follows: Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support Run update to reproduce the issue Stop logging Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.
