pier 0 Posted February 24, 2023 Share Posted February 24, 2023 eset protect cloud i have yet agent on my client, i see connection is on between eset protect cloud and client, from Eset protect cloud I try to send installer, but always crashes with this message: Impossibile sincronizzare archivio pacchetto. Administrators Marcos 5,071 Posted February 24, 2023 Administrators Share Posted February 24, 2023 If you have already installed Endpoint by downloading the installer from ESET website but there's a problem with updating modules, please carry on as follows: Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support Run update to reproduce the issue Stop logging Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.
