eset protect cloud

i have yet agent on my client, i see connection is on between eset protect cloud and client,

from Eset protect cloud I try to send installer, but always crashes with this message:

Impossibile sincronizzare archivio pacchetto. Consultare il messaggio di traccia per maggiori dettagli.

i can install on this device the package downloading via eset web site,

i can apply the license

but I can't update the modules

If you have already installed Endpoint by downloading the installer from ESET website but there's a problem with updating modules, please carry on as follows:

  1. Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support
  2. Run update to reproduce the issue
  3. Stop logging
  4. Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.
