rugk 397
There is a new plugin for the Kaseya Virtual System Administrator. "This new plug-in for Kaseya VSA provides the option of managing ESET deployments from within the highly regarded Kaseya RMM environment," said Andrew Lee, CEO of ESET North America. "Controlling ESET's powerful, proactive malware detection using Kaseya's familiar console ensures user protections while also increasing IT efficiency and speeding deployments." hxxp://www.virtual-strategy.com/2014/09/25/eset-launches-plug-kaseya-virtual-system-administrator You can download the plugin at the ESET website. Arakasi 549
Hello, Never used Kaseya. Never even heard of it in fact. As far as deployment, i have used sccm, pdqdeploy, grouppolicy, ESET's era for security, Altiris, WDS, and even Vsphere for vm's built on esxi or similar to name a few. After reading, it sounds awsome. Would like to play with a test environment if possible. lol
rugk 397
Okay. Here are some more information: ESET Remote Administrator Plug-in for Kaseya integrates with Kaseya Virtual System Administrator to provide central management of ESET endpoint antivirus deployments across distributed networks. Users gain native management capabilities directly through the Kaseya web console, including client and server management, alert and threat management, log search, and more. Dashboards show threat information and client information broken down by Kaseya organization. Additionally, ESET Endpoint Protection module can create Kaseya alarms, emails and run Kaseya agent procedure scripts based on certain ESET client statuses. Administrators can deploy configurations to ESET antivirus clients, initiate scans and updates, view threat data and generate reports using the Kaseya Info Center. hxxp://www.kaseya.com/company/partners/technology-alliance-program But this plugin is only a new version. It was already published about one year ago: hxxp://www.kaseya.com/resources/media-mentions/en/mm-20130305-eset-now-integrated-with-kaseya
