Hugh Letheren 0
I have successfully decrypted a folder so that I can copy the contents. I have just tried to do the same with one other encrypted folder but I get an error message - unable to create a temporary backup folder - see screenshot. I have closed everything down, rebooted, but I still get the same message! help please!
ESET Staff Kstainton 20 Posted February 22 ESET Staff Share Posted February 22 (edited) Hi @Hugh Letheren, To best support you, please would you be able to submit a support ticket via: https://www.eset.com/uk/about/contact/ we will then do our best to work this out for you. One suggestion in the meantime however, has the disk you are decrypting the folder on got enough disk space? Thank you, Kieran Edited February 22 by Kstainton
