ARM v7 clients not connecting to server

Hi.

We're having issues with ARM-based devices with installed version of Endpoint Antivirus version 7.2.1600.0.

ESET Protect tells me that the client hasn't connected for days although my colleauges are working normally and Endpoint looks like it's running normally.

I tried removing the agent via KB and reinstall again but it didn't help.

Anyone else experiencing the same behaviour?

Please provide /Library/Application Support/com.eset.remoteadministrator.agent/Logs/status.html for a start.

Please raise a support ticket since according to the status log the agent has recently connected to the ESET PROTECT server without issues:
