Are log on credentials for ESET company site the same as for the ESET security forum?

I can log into the ESET forum but when trying to log into ESET company site it appears that there must be different login ID and password required.  Is this true?  I have needed to update my email for both.  But having difficulty logging into the company web site.

This forum, ESET HOME or e-store are independent systems with separate credentials. While you can create accounts with same credentials on various websites or systems, it is not recommended for security reasons.
