new comer 2 0 Posted February 17 Share Posted February 17 I can no longer run the online scanner It starts and then stops a few seconds later.I have always used it as a manual monthly run and delete it when I finish.I'm on WIN 11 home. I've just tested it on Windows 10 and didn't encounter any issues. However, I'm 100% sure that the EOS was thoroughly tested on all Windows systems supported by Microsoft before the release. Technical support is not provided for free tools where the issue is not obvious, is not reported by more users and cannot be easily reproduced either.
