I can no longer run the online scanner It starts and then stops a few seconds later.I have always used it as a manual monthly run and delete it when I finish.I'm on WIN 11 home.

Please raise a support ticket so that technical support can try to reproduce the issue and possibly help with troubleshooting.

I did that but I never heard back from your company. Each time I reach out for support I'm told that support ONLY exists for PAID products.

We will check if the ESET Online Scanner runs on Windows 11 fine. I've just tested it on Windows 10 and didn't encounter any issues. However, I'm 100% sure that the EOS was thoroughly tested on all Windows systems supported by Microsoft before the release. Technical support is not provided for free tools where the issue is not obvious, is not reported by more users and cannot be easily reproduced either. I'd recommend installing an ESET security solution since the online scanner cannot provide complete protection for your machine anyways.
