Administrators Marcos 4,909 Posted February 17 Administrators Share Posted February 17 Does the issue occur after switching to the pre-release update channel and upgrading Endpoint to v10.0.245? Does temporarily disabling integration with Outlook make a difference?
kerm007 0
hello the user is on version 9.1.2063.0 when i run in safe mode it work i re enable everything then i was able to open everything after but for how long i will try again when it happen again. how to : switching to the pre-release update channel ? Thanks
Administrators Marcos 4,909 Posted February 17 Administrators Share Posted February 17 You can switch to the pre-release update channel in the advanced update setup. Pre-release modules are not beta modules, they have been tested thoroughly before release and in 99,9% they are released with a certain delay to the regular update update channel. Administrators Marcos 4,909 Posted February 23 Administrators Share Posted February 23 What do you mean by OOO? If it's a special plug-in that you are having issues with even after upgrading to the latest Endpoint 10.0.2045, I'd recommend raising a support ticket since advanced mail client logs will be needed for perusal and the issue will need to be investigated by developers. Administrators Marcos 4,909 Posted February 28 Administrators Share Posted February 28 Do you mean that the issue occurs with the Outlook plug-in enabled and goes away as soon as you disable it and restart Outlook?
