Does the issue occur after switching to the pre-release update channel and upgrading Endpoint to v10.0.245?

Does temporarily disabling integration with Outlook make a difference?

You can switch to the pre-release update channel in the advanced update setup. Pre-release modules are not beta modules, they have been tested thoroughly before release and in 99,9% they are released with a certain delay to the regular update update channel.

Yes but v10.0.2045 has not been released yet. It's currently available only a program update on the pre-release update channel.

What do you mean by OOO? If it's a special plug-in that you are having issues with even after upgrading to the latest Endpoint 10.0.2045, I'd recommend raising a support ticket since advanced mail client logs will be needed for perusal and the issue will need to be investigated by developers.
