try to Decrept Full Disk but Secure Boot Failed

Dears  ,

I'm trying to decrypt the FULL DISK by the encryption recovery tool but show up the secure boot failed, So I have been checked if BIOS setup to update it ,But the laptop only secure boot option, please check the below with the information:

Laptop Acer Model Name: SF314-59-51M4                                                                                                                                                                                             Product name: ESET Endpoint Security
Product version: 9.1.2060.0
Operating system: Windows 11 Home(64-bit)Version 10.0 (Build 22621)
Machine: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz, 7992 MB RAM

Dears ,

The issue has been resolved, By BIOS set the supervisor password NO after that I able to change the secure boot,
