Not recieving email to manage license in my ESET Home

Hi, bought a license for 5 cpu for 3 years, now 2 of them eset is not working and license says its over used, I log in to MY ESET to manage my license and im not recieving my confirmation email, to manage it.

 

ID license is 3A6-6B3-UU3

Do you mean that ESET stopped working or that you are unable to activate it on the 2 machines? If ESET has been activated, it doesn't stop working even if the license gets overused.

Please elaborate on what you mean by that. Did you mean logging in to https://home.eset.com ?

HI,

5 cpus were using the license, (which where bought from oficial eset page) days later 2 cpu say "you are unprotected" seems it disconected from the license, 

Tried to reinstall License and it says overused. 

Log to my home eset and and im not getting email to confirm im owner and to manage my license to see what computers are using the license. try changing email and nothing, no email to take steps and confirm im license owner.

The verification email was sent to chXXXXXXX31@yahoo.com. Did you check the spam or junk folder?
