Changing my License without my consent?

I don't know how to define this, but changing my license From Eset Internet Security to Eset Smart Security Premium without my consent and now, that my license is to expire, asking me regularly by email and now the program itself to update Smart Security Premium, When I have never bought this product, it seems to me something out of place and unethical.
And without posibility to change the license again for the product i bouht in reality or refuse this "free upgrade" within the Eset aplication?.
