How do I disable it for windows re-installation?

I'm doing a in-place Windows install and I want to disable any virus checking or anything that could interfere with the process. Since it boots multiple times it can simply be paused it needs to be off until I turn it back on.

Is there a simple setting or two? Thanks.

Disabling protection modules should not be necessary, however, if you want to 100% rule out any clashes, you can uninstall ESET and install it from scratch after you install Windows. You can export the settings before and import them afterwards.
