ESET NOD32 ANTI-VIRUS OVERUSED LICENSE

Hi All,

I have used a license on a laptop which was fine and all, but because of a window's update I had to reset the laptop however I did not remove the ESET license key, and now when I try to use the key on the same laptop it shows overused, there is no account associated with the key as it's an old key we have just kept renewing. How do I fix this issue?

Please create an ESET HOME account at https://home.eset.com (ideally using your license email address) and add the license to the license manager by license key. Then you will be able to remove the unused seat and use the license for activation again.
