Hy ESET FAM :)

I have a problem, we have a ERA-SERVER(LINUX) but cant access WEB-INTERFACE anymore:

"Cant open PID file"

What does this mean?

Can anyone help me?

Since I could not find any previous report of this error from users, please open a support ticket and provide trace.log for perusal.
